Detailed below please find all the information you need on Delivery & Returns at Fabucci Footwear. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

We use An Post & DPD services

DPD Ireland Next Day Delivery: please order before 2.00 pm. Any orders made post cut off will be dispatched the following day. If order is placed on Friday after 2 pm, you will receive your parcel on Monday. We do not have delivery service on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays.

An Post Delivery: If order is placed after 2:00 pm, we will do our utmost to dispatch with An Post on the same day of your order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery: We use AnPost & DPD services.

Republic of Ireland: FREE Delivery in Republic of Ireland when you spend €50 and over otherwise a standard charge of €2.50 applies.

Northern Ireland: a standard charge of €5.00 with An Post; delivery can be 2 to 3 working days.

United Kingdom: a standard charge of €6.50 per order up to 10kg, delivery can be 3 to 4 working days.

Mainland Europe: a standard charge of €10.00 for the up to 1 kg and €15.00 1.1kg to 2kg, delivery can be 3 to 5 working days.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

What if I need to return something I purchased online in the Republic of Ireland ?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply follow as below -

  • fill in the returns form included with your delivery
  • return the unworn shoes, clearly marked "Returns" in the condition supplied within 14 working days.
  • Please ensure to return the dispatch note or receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The original box and any other items which came in the box must also be returned.
  • You will receive your refund credit or exchange (if in stock) within 2 to 3 working days after we have received the goods.

When returning the parcel it is your responsibility until it reaches us safely. We advise you when you send your return parcel to get proof of delivery from your postal/courier service provider so that the parcel can be traced.

We recommend you use the An Post App for iphone and Android phones called Return Pal.  We have secured with An Post a great rate of just €4.50 for parcel return up to 20Kg. Just click the link below or follow instructions below the link.

Step by step process for Return Pal below:

  • Download the app ReturnPal
  • Open the app
  • Register your details: Name, address etc.
  • Select collection if you want it collected or Post Office if you want to drop it off to the Post Office
  • Select the retailer: Select Fabucci Footwear
  • Confirm
  • You will receive a QR code on the next screen, while presenting the parcel at the Post Office show them the QR code.

We will refund the product price but unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the return form. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

What if I need to return something I purchased online in UK, Northern Ireland, Europe and rest of the world?

  • We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery or return postage costs.

Customers returning shoes outside the 14-day period will be given a store credit to the value of the return to use against another purchase in store or online.
