Delivery & Returns

We will deliver your order to the billing address of the card that was used to pay for the order, or you can specify an alternative address such as your workplace, university or a family address.

We use An Post & Fastway Courier services

Fastway Delivery 1 to 2 days : please place your order order before 2.00 pm. Any orders made post cut off will be dispatched the following day. We do not have a dispatch service on Saturday ,Sunday or Bank Holidays so orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

An Post Delivery: If an order is placed after 2:00 pm, we will do our utmost to dispatch with An Post on the same day of your order.

Delivery Charges

Republic of Ireland: FREE Delivery in Republic of Ireland when you spend €50 and over otherwise a standard charge of €2.50 applies.

Northern Ireland: a standard charge of €5.00 with An Post; delivery can be 2 to 3 working days.

United Kingdom: a standard charge of €6.50 per order up to 10kg, delivery can be 3 to 4 working days.

Mainland Europe: a standard charge of €10.00 for the up to 1 kg and €15.00 1.1kg to 2kg, delivery can be 3 to 5 working days.

FREE Click & Collect Service

For Click & Collect choose the option Collect in Store instead of Home Delivery at checkout stage.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, fill in the returns form included with your delivery and return the unworn shoes, clearly marked "Returns" in the condition supplied within 14 working days along with receipt as proof of purchase. Price & Payment

The price payable for the ‘Product’ is as indicated on the Website. The Prices advertised on the Website include VAT but excludes delivery charges. The Delivery charges are displayed separately once an order is placed and based on location charges will apply. Please note we provide Free Delivery in Republic of Ireland when you spend €50 and over.
The Payment will be made by you by the means specified on the Website. We accept most major credit and debit cards- VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and AMEX. You can also make payment with One4All and Me2you gift cards. We also accept payments via PayPal.
If you have a Fabucci Gift card/voucher it can also be used as payment. Simply key in the long card number in the Voucher tab at checkout and it will deduct the gift card value from the price of the order. The remaining balance can be paid using a credit or debit card.
Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which have been accepted by us.
Only one promotion code can be used per order.

What happens once you place the Order?

Once you place the order, you will receive an e-mail from Fabucci acknowledging that an order has been placed and payment received. Orders are subject to stock availability.
We use Fastway /An Post facility to dispatch the product and we will confirm dispatch order details by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the order has been dispatched.
If you make a mistake with your order or face any issue placing an order, just drop an email and we will try to resolve any concerns.
