I purchased a fabulous pair of Marco Mareo boots from Fabucci in early January, which unfortunately did not arrive. I gratefully received a full refund. A week or two later, Deirdre from Fabucci contacted me to say the boots had turned up and were returned to her, and she very kindly offered them to me again, before she put them back in stock on the website. Needlesstosay, I was delighted and purchased them (again), and were received by me here in Dublin the next working day. Superb first-class customer service from Fabucci! I have been a customer of Fabucci since 2012 and would highly recommend them - they just go that extra mile for their customers and they are a pleasure to deal with - they also stock the very best of great quality labels - A+ !

I?ve looked for dressy, comfortable high heels for over a year now, which encloses my feet. By chance I came across the Fabucci site and decided to order. I never buy shoes without trying them on but loved the look of these particular ones. I ordered them and they arrived at my doorstep the next morning. They fit perfectly and for high heels are very comfortable. I can?t wait to get wearing them. I highly recommend this site, their quality of shoes and professional service. Thank you.
