Detailed below please find all the information you need on Delivery & Returns at Fabucci Footwear. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Click and collect:

Our online store carries all our beautiful footwear and accessories. Simply place your order online and  collect from our store by selecting the 'customer pick up' option at checkout .We'll happily have your order ready in store for collection. Do check in with us for opening hours for collection by texting or Whatsapp 087 2627183 or if you need any assistance you can call us on the same number  087 26 27 183 or 045 874721

We use DPD & An Post services

DPD 2/3 day  Delivery: please order before 2.00 pm. Any orders made post cut off will be dispatched the following day. 

We do not have  a delivery service on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday.

An Post Delivery: If  your order is placed after 2:00 pm, we will do our utmost to dispatch with An Post on the same day of your order with the exception of Saturday , Sunday and Bank Holidays  where no service is available.

Delivery Charges

Delivery: We use DPD & An Post services.

Republic of Ireland:  Delivery in Republic of Ireland 2-3 working days   Standard charge of €5.00 applies.

Northern Ireland: a standard charge of €5.95 with An Post; delivery can be 2 to 3 working days.

United Kingdom: a standard charge of €15.00 per order up to 10kg, delivery can be 4 to8 working days. Customs charges may apply.

Customs Implications for UK 

The seller only takes responsibility for shipping the
product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT,
duties, and clearing fees.


Mainland Europe: a standard charge of €39.00 for the up to 1 kg  delivery can be 7 to 14 working days.

USA and Canada : a standard charge of €55.00 for up to 1 kg, delivery 7 to 14 working days

What if I need to return something I purchased online ?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply follow as below

Republic of Ireland only -

  • fill in the returns form included with your delivery
  • return the unworn shoes, clearly marked "Returns" in the condition supplied within 10 working days.
  • Please ensure to return the dispatch note or receipt as proof of purchase to ensure we know your name and order details .
  • The original box and any other items which came in the box must also be returned.
  • We do not offer free returns but we have secured a very good rate of €6.00 with DPD for all returns.
  • Simply log on to https://www.dpd.ie/
  • Select Returns from the tabs at the top of the page
  • Select continue as guest unless you already have a DPD account, which you can log in to.
  • Select Fabucci as the retailer and then follow the step by step instructions
  • Alternatively you can return instore free of charge. Please check opening hours for returns by texting or Whatsapp 087 26 27 183
  • You will receive your refund credit or exchange (if in stock) within 3 to 4 working days after we receive the returned goods .
  • When returning the parcel it is your responsibility until it reaches us safely so we advise you to use a tracked service provider.
  • If you choose to use an alternative service to send a return parcel please do get proof of delivery from your postal / courier service provider so that the parcel can be traced.


Customers returning shoes outside the 10 day period will be given a store credit to the value of the return, to use against another purchase in store or online .
